One accountable plan across infrastructure, security and support
A corporate IT environment rarely has a single isolated problem. Wi-Fi quality depends on switching, cabling, radio design and authentication. Firewall policy depends on the real network, remote access and logging. Backup depends on application ownership, recovery objectives and regular verification. We therefore begin with the business impact and the current environment, then define a scope that can be installed, tested, documented and supported.
Service areas
Choose the area that matches your current requirement
Each group opens into focused English service pages. A project can combine more than one group when the dependencies are clear.
Network and connectivity
LAN, VLAN, routing, switching, business Wi-Fi, guest access, fibre, structured cabling and multi-site connectivity.
Cybersecurity
Firewall, secure remote access, technical security review, SIEM and endpoint visibility, mail protection and protective DNS.
Servers, storage and cloud
Server deployment, storage and backup, virtual platforms, cloud migration, disaster recovery and licensing planning.
Monitoring and managed support
Proactive visibility, alarm ownership, scheduled maintenance, platform management and optional 24/7 operations support.
Physical and building infrastructure
Camera, rack, low-current and indoor coverage projects that require field survey, installation and documented handover.
Microsoft and business software
Microsoft 365, licensing, business workflow software, AI assistants and selected integration projects.
Working method
From the first request to an operable handover
- 01
Initial technical intake
We record the business problem, affected users and sites, urgency, current environment, expected result and known constraints.
- 02
Discovery and evidence
Available inventories, configurations, diagrams, logs and photographs are reviewed. On-site measurements are planned when the decision depends on physical conditions.
- 03
Scope and responsibility
Deliverables, exclusions, assumptions, access requirements, downtime, product or licence needs and support ownership are written into the proposal.
- 04
Controlled delivery
Changes follow an agreed sequence with backups, validation points and rollback planning appropriate to the risk of the environment.
- 05
Testing and handover
The delivered result is tested against the agreed acceptance criteria. Configuration records, credentials, diagrams and open items are handed over securely.
- 06
Ongoing support if required
Scheduled maintenance, monitoring, co-management or NOC coverage is defined separately with clear hours, contacts and escalation responsibilities.
Operating environments
The design follows how the organisation actually works
Hotels and tourism
Guest connectivity, 24/7 operation, IPTV, telephony, access control, cameras and seasonal load require coordinated infrastructure and support windows.
Manufacturing and industry
Production continuity, IT/OT boundaries, industrial conditions, segmented access and controlled maintenance windows shape the technical plan.
Agriculture and remote facilities
Distance, outdoor links, humidity, power quality, mobile coverage and remote support affect equipment, enclosure and redundancy choices.
Offices and professional services
Identity, Microsoft 365, secure remote work, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, endpoint protection and recovery are planned around daily workflow.
Retail and multi-site operations
Standard configurations, central monitoring, branch connectivity, guest access and repeatable handover records reduce operational variation.
International companies in Turkey
English intake, local field coordination and structured technical records help overseas IT teams manage sites in Antalya and across Turkey.

Frequently asked questions
Corporate IT Services in Antalya FAQ
Which corporate IT services can Biga Bilisim provide in English?
English-language intake is available for network and Wi-Fi projects, firewall and cybersecurity work, server and storage projects, cloud migration, monitoring, Microsoft 365, camera and low-current systems, technical support and selected software projects.
Do you work only in Antalya?
On-site discovery and field services are primarily delivered in Antalya and surrounding districts. Remote support, consultancy, licensing, monitoring and suitable project work can be provided to organisations across Turkey. The delivery model is confirmed after the first technical review.
Can you support hotels, factories and agricultural businesses?
Yes. Each environment is assessed against its operating hours, site layout, user and device density, business continuity needs, physical conditions and support responsibilities. The design is not copied from one sector to another.
What information should we send for an initial review?
Please send the company name, site location, current equipment or topology, the business problem, the number of users or locations, urgency, expected outcome and a contact person. Photographs, diagrams and current model lists help when available.
Can Biga Bilisim take over an existing IT environment?
Yes. A takeover normally starts with inventory, access and responsibility review, configuration backup, risk recording and a list of urgent corrections. Changes are then prioritised around service continuity rather than made all at once.
Is 24/7 response included in every service?
No. Project delivery, platform management, scheduled maintenance and 24/7 NOC response are different service models. Coverage hours, escalation contacts, monitored systems and response responsibilities are defined in the proposal.
