Survey-led wireless design, switching, cloud management and operational handover
Aruba Network and Wi-Fi Support Services
We assess, configure and support Aruba-based business networks around real coverage, capacity, segmentation, PoE, uplink, licence and management requirements.
Request an Aruba Network ReviewThe practical starting point
Model names do not replace a coverage, capacity and switching design
An Aruba access point or switch can only perform within the radio, cabling, PoE, uplink, VLAN, authentication, internet and management environment around it. Reliable support therefore begins with the actual topology, device family, software version, subscriptions, user density, application behaviour and reported symptoms. Configuration changes are then tied to measurable acceptance checks instead of made as isolated guesses.
Assessment scope
Wireless, switching and cloud management are reviewed as one service path
Inventory and lifecycle
AP, switch, gateway, controller, optics, power supply, firmware, licence, subscription and support status are recorded.
Coverage and capacity
Floor plans, construction, client density, channel use, interference, roaming and application requirements are measured or modelled.
VLAN and authentication
Corporate, guest, voice, device and management networks are mapped with DHCP, DNS, firewall, captive portal and identity dependencies.
PoE and uplinks
Power class, switch budget, port speed, cable quality, aggregation, redundancy and expected growth are checked before rollout.
Management platform
Aruba Central, controller-based, Instant or Instant On operating models are identified so configuration and licence assumptions match the real product family.
Monitoring and ownership
Device health, client experience, alerts, configuration backups, change authority, escalation and reporting responsibilities are agreed.
Platform and product boundaries
Aruba Central, Aruba Instant On and controller-based environments require different operating assumptions
Aruba product families can differ in management platform, licensing, supported features, configuration workflow and intended scale. An access point that looks physically similar may not join the same management system or support the same feature set. Current model, serial, software and subscription information is therefore collected before migration or expansion decisions are made.
The management design also includes administrative roles, multi-factor authentication where available, configuration groups, templates, sites, alerts and a change process. Cloud management does not remove the need for correct local VLANs, DHCP, DNS, firewall rules, PoE, uplinks and internet resilience. Those dependencies are validated during commissioning.
Controlled network delivery
Six stages from discovery to measurable wireless and switching acceptance
-
01
Inventory and issue intake
Models, versions, subscriptions, topology, users, applications, locations, support history and current symptoms are recorded.
-
02
Survey and dependency review
Coverage, interference, cabling, PoE, uplinks, VLANs, DHCP, DNS, authentication and firewall paths are assessed.
-
03
Design and change plan
Target architecture, channel and power approach, segmentation, management, migration sequence, downtime and rollback are documented.
-
04
Pilot configuration
Representative APs, switches, users and applications validate compatibility, roaming, policy and operational visibility.
-
05
Rollout and acceptance tests
Configuration is deployed in controlled stages and checked for coverage, throughput, roaming, guest access, PoE, uplink and failover behaviour.
-
06
Documentation and support
As-built records, configuration backups, platform roles, open risks, alert ownership and maintenance responsibilities are handed over.
Acceptance and troubleshooting
A green access point icon does not prove that users receive a reliable service
Wireless acceptance is tested from representative locations and devices. Signal level alone is not sufficient; association, authentication, DHCP, DNS, latency, loss, throughput, roaming and application transactions are observed. High client counts, sticky clients, channel contention, low data rates and upstream bottlenecks are separated from simple coverage problems.
For switching, port state is read together with VLAN membership, trunks, loop prevention, link aggregation, PoE draw, errors, optics and uplink utilisation. The handover records test conditions and known limits so later incidents can be compared with a baseline rather than judged only by user perception.
Operational handover

Device and licence inventory
Models, serials, versions, subscriptions, site, role, lifecycle and support status.
Topology and service map
APs, switches, uplinks, VLANs, IP services, authentication, internet and management dependencies.
Wireless design record
Placement, channel and power approach, SSIDs, security, roaming assumptions and measured acceptance points.
Configuration and access record
Approved backups, platform roles, administrative access method, change ownership and recovery details.
Test evidence
Coverage, client connection, roaming, throughput, guest access, PoE, uplink and failure checks with known limitations.
Support and escalation matrix
Monitoring scope, coverage hours, contacts, manufacturer or subscription boundaries and unresolved work.

Frequently asked questions
Aruba Network and Wi-Fi Support FAQ
Do you support both Aruba Central and Aruba Instant On?
Yes, subject to the exact product family and supported management model. Aruba Central and Aruba Instant On are not interchangeable labels, so model, software, subscription and current account ownership are checked before work begins.
Can existing Aruba access points be reused in a new design?
Possibly. Reuse depends on support status, software compatibility, management platform, radio generation, PoE, capacity, security requirements and the intended client experience. A survey and inventory are needed before confirming.
Will adding more access points always improve Wi-Fi?
No. Poor placement, excessive transmit power, channel contention, sticky clients, low data rates or weak switching and internet capacity can become worse when APs are added without design. Density and coverage must be planned together.
Can you troubleshoot roaming and connection drops?
Yes. The review examines client capabilities, RF conditions, AP placement, channel and power settings, authentication, DHCP, DNS, VLANs, firmware, switching and application behaviour. Roaming cannot be judged from signal level alone.
Is Aruba support available for mixed-brand networks?
Yes, when interoperability is technically possible. Existing firewalls, routers, identity systems, DHCP, DNS, optics, cabling and monitoring tools are included in the dependency review and responsibility boundaries are documented.
Can Aruba network services be provided across Turkey?
Yes. Configuration review, cloud management, migration planning, monitoring and remote support can be delivered across Turkey when secure access is available. On-site survey and installation are planned for Antalya and other project locations as required.
